Matured in a whiskey barrel from the world-renown Nikka Yoichi Distillery.
Maturation period: 18 months
A beautiful golden orange colour, mild peaty and sweet fruity aroma, lightly smoky smell with honey sweetness, and a warm medium long finish.
We recommend trying the pale Barley Wine and the dark Imperial Stout as a pair as thanks to their different natures, they work as an interesting contrast.
