Yuzu Ale
Pale Ale
In cooperation with Yuzu, s.r.o., we have brewed the fresh Pale Ale with a light citrus aroma and pleasant bitterness. We added yuzu fruit processed by South Korean farmers using a traditional method by mixing the zest, pulp and juice at a ratio of 50:50 with sugar into the beer before fermentation.
